Franco American Novelty Company L.L.C. is a wholesale distributor specializing in the design and manufacture of Halloween costumes and accessories. It's been a long venture for Franco, a third generation family business established in 1910 by grandfather, Sam Oumano. As an leader, Franco is the oldest American Halloween company distributing product worldwide.
